College Graduates Who Change the World

Dear Friends,

All of us at 10,000 Degrees want to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support during this past year. Your enduring compassion, generous contributions, and love are getting us through these unprecedented times.

Because of YOU—our students, supporters, partners, donors, Board and staff—we stand by our deep belief in the goodness of all people and the hope for a more just and equitable world. Thank you for being there for our students and each other, and for being part of our ONE AMAZING COMMUNITY!

This year was extraordinarily heartbreaking. COVID-19, the deeply prevailing racial injustices, and the devastating fires have impacted all of us in profound ways. These tragedies disrupted education, threatened progress, and widened the already troublesome racial and economic disparities. This is why what we do matters more than ever.

We invite you to look inside this Impact Report for the countless ways you and your generosity helped us to adapt this year and meet the needs of our students and families. With your support, we kept our students connected to and engaged with their education—we reached more than 12,000 students and families, supported more than 2,200 in college, and celebrated 244 new college graduates—our largest class of graduates ever! Thank you.

As always, you can count on us. We will continue to support our students and provide the resources they need to graduate and to go on to positively impact their communities. They are proving what’s possible.

Thank you for standing with our students and our One Amazing Community, and for believing in a better world.

With appreciation and gratitude,

Our mission is to achieve educational equity and to support students from low-income backgrounds to and through college to positively impact their communities and the world.

We envision a world where all students, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic background will have the full range of educational opportunities, support, and resources to realize their full potential.
